Interior project for a a three story apartment located in La Condesa, in Mexico City.
Having no more than 20 sqm of area, it was crucial to keep functional objects well integrated with the overall interior of the space. Such was the case of the owner’s cat sandbox, which needed to be kept in a very accesible area but still not interrupt with the cleanliness and minimal look and feel of the space. The client, also known as Cat, seems to be feeling at home in her new home.
AS76 is conceived inside a three story apartment tucked inside the heart of Mexico City. Each floor has no more than 20n sqm of livable space, making our goal to design and interior that would be not only the aesthetics to fully blend with the minimalistic existing architecture, but to come up with ideas to make every little corner a usable space for the user.
Solutions such as panel cabinets and a cat’s house tucked under the sofa had to be thought of in order to enhance the functionality of the space.
